My question is – What is the easiest & cheapest vegan diet? Especially for an athletic person looking to gain weight & lift heavy? I dont have time to cook everyday so perhaps it can be cooked 1 day n last the week. Your group is wonderful and its inspiring seeing so many wonderful people carrying on such a beautiful diet and getting such wonderful physical (and I know mental too) results on it. I am not ashamed to say I am living on a very tight budget. I have passed through many sicknesses which Spirituality and Philosophy and tons of research & help by blessed people have helped me pull through. I still have so much to LEARN about this VEGAN diet guys & I am all ears to find out the simplest and cheapest vegan diet. I do not need indepth information – I will go to research with whatever information is shared 🙂 My current diet is tiny – 1 banana in milk and oats for breakfast & 2 potatoes with some onion, ginger, garlic & kale. Many organic foods are either too expensive or not available in my country (Trinidad: Caribbean). As the Rastafarian people say: Eat Ital, Eat Real. Take care.

Hi – quick question! Ive heard you folks know your stuff 🙂 Im fairly new to the gym, and everything healthy eating and fitness really. Im 7-8 months into a routine focused around aesthetics (although truthfully I dont know what the goal is. To get a bit bigger as a means to advertise veganism and the rest is to be healthy for myself, I suppose!) but since lets say November last year, Ive done very little cardio. Like, the occasional mountain bike trail ride for an hour and a half or so. Like, 3 times. Practically nothing. The question, basically, is how much cardio can I introduce during a (relatively.. working on it) lean bulk to stay healthy, but to still see relatively quick results in regards to mass. How long a session, before or after workouts, how many times a week, what specific exercises, do you recommend hiit training or just running? Is a mix of exercises the best approach or can I just pick one? I wanted a vegan take on this question, as theres a lot of bull**** out there and Id rather rely on people that have looked at the science of this! Hope you can shed some light on this for me ! Ive been meaning to introduce it into my split but yeah.. too much conflicting info and too much apathy! Maybe it wasnt such a quick question after all… thanks in advance! (:

Thanks for the approval! So have a question gotta 68 impala with a 350 4 bolt Main replaced the distributor to an hei and went to a edelbrock 650 avs carb with electric choke. Having some running issues wirh the idle when its cold it wants to sputter out and die but when Its warmed up the idle shoots way up and wont come down. Its very veigh but thats whats my problem is need some help more then happy to answer more questions to hopefully get more info
