Advice please: Just got notice that ABBVIE is offering to buy back my stock at $99ish, in what they are calling a Modified Dutch Auction. I am not experienced enough to know #1 why they would make that offer #2 if I should sell or hold I work full time so i invest in my down time. Sorry if my question is uneducated, but i simply have not had this experience before and would appreciate understanding this notice before I take action. Thank you in advance fellow investors.

Ok heres a new question: who do you think the crappiest, worst run, piece of poo company out there is? Who do you think will go down in the next month or so? Stick to “normal” companies please, no penny stock type of companies. Looking to add some negative option deltas to my portfolio but Im undecided. Whatcha think?

New to investing reading and learning all I can. Went to a rule one investing seminar and really enjoyed it. Now they have called me and asked if I would like for them to assist me in expanding my knowledge in stocks especially in options trading. Told me it would be $6000 for the tuition. My question would be should I be sceptical, and does anyone have knowledge about rule one investing.
