Do people think Amazon should be broken up into two companies, Amazon, and Amazon Market place. The reason for it is that they use predatory techniques, based on their size, and platform. Here are two examples. There was a company that sold on Amazon Market Place. They sold pillows that looked like animals, and did very well. Amazon saw that, and created there own product that was the same but sold it at a much lower cost, and put the company out of business. The second example, is a company called diapers.com. Amazon wanted to buy it, and there said no, so Amazon sold there diapers at a loss, really hurting diapers.com, and then came back and said can we buy you, and of course they had to say yes. Question…. How do you know if you are over training? I have had a couple people tell me that I need to be careful and that I needed more recovery time…I love training, usually do a cross fit style along with some cardio 5-7days a week. I dont want to add rest days, but I also dont want to limit my gains because I am not resting… what do you think?

Iron question: my sisters body doesnt intake iron for some reason. She eats dobble up in iron pills and lots of greens but her body is blocking it which results in low blood procent and lots of tiredness. Any advice? ?? The doctors are now talking about giving her iron through a iv.

Im sorry in advance knowing this question has been asked a million times before. I cant get the search function to work for whatever reason…stupid Facebook app. Im struggling to lose any more fat. My nutrition also hasnt been perfect Im sure. What helps you cut? Rules of thumb youd like to share? Example: 2 cups green vegetables at every meal, have a green smoothie for breakfast, etc. I also wanted to ask if youve noticed fat retention by not eating enough calories? Is this a real thing youve experienced? Ive fallen into the habit of (probably) not eating enough calories. Also if I were to implement an extra 2-3 hours of cardio a week, what would be best? Jogging, sprinting, etc? Thank you very much.

Hey guys. This question might be a little bit off topic, if it is then I apologize, but I cant imagine any other group where people would know such detailed nutrition information. Ok, so here goes. I have been reading a few books on introversion/extroversion paradigms. One of them mentions a few ways introverts like me might be able to regulate their energy better. The ways mentioned is by increasing Acetylcholine, Seretonin and Dopamine. She goes on to say that all can be increased by the food we eat, however the foods are unfortunately almost only animal-based. Anyone knows anything about this in relation to plant-based diets?
