Ok, question. Can anyone suggest a good non-caffeinated pre-workout? Does one even exist? Ive never entertained the idea of using a pre-workout. Due to an autoimmune disorder I avoid caffeine…. Thanks in advance!

Gina Andrews: I mainly fast train, but on some occasions when I feel like I need a boost I have a couple of dates on the walk to the gym 🙂

Pete Ryan: Eat something fairly light about an hour before training (if you have very slow digestion mainly a little earlier). Not knowing your disorder I am wary about suggesting any supplements, but the pre-workout feed should give you the fuel to power through your workout.

Lori Brannen-Graham: Look into chlorophyll pre and intra workout👍

Allison A. Marschean: Jodi Else, I am pretty certain that Matcha does have caffeine.

Paul Kellogg: Ginseng, maca, cacao, hot peppers

Allison A. Marschean: I Love Medjools Gina Andrews!! Paul Kellogg, hot peppers?? Any kind in particular? Oh, thats right ginseng!! Thats a good one, didnt think of that. I am allergic to cacao.

Allison A. Marschean: Jodi Else, what is msm?

Ken Richter: Just drink some juice and have a piece of toast for some complex carbs with banana on it YUM

Allison A. Marschean: Ah, yes! maca! Oh, I am tracking now Jodi Else! Thanks for the clarification! I actually drink a vegan beverage every day with it in it!!
