I have question on my 98 stratus, my battery is fully charged but I get nothing when I turn the key. the dash lights dont work, the radio doesnt work. but my head lights and my brake lights work. it started up to a few days ago but wouldnt stay running. we put it on a scan tool. the only thing that showed up was p0420, but I wouldnt think that the cadiletic converter would be related to my issue. Im thinking it might be time to push my car off a cliff.
