I usually dont ask questions, but this has me stumped. 2004 ford explorer (no wise comments i love fords) replaced fuel injection pressure sensor, manifold gaskes (cause we had to take top manifold off to get to sensor. Driving down road as i press gas it seems like a shutter/hesitation. But idles fine in park and in drive without pushing gas. For some reason it seemed it wasnt getting good gas flow. So just put new fuel filter on and still same thing. But did notice if i go over 60mph check engine light flashes. I slow down it stops. Not over heating and transmission seems to be shifting fine. Just cant figure out the shuttering like laging gas. Has lots of power. Sitting at idle cant hear anything. Very quiet. Any ideas? It is 4.0 sohc 4×4 2004 ford explorer with 203000 miles.

Please, dont judge. Im a beginner😂 and when I say beginner, I mean Im in a high school auto class and only know how to change oil, rotate tires and know that blinker fluid is a hoax. But the point is, I love what I can do so far. Anyways, I just bought my first car a mitsubishi, Lancer, hatchback, 2006. I noticed that it had a wobble when I reach 100. Its more prominent when I turn left and I have a slight pull to the left to. I weighted my tires. There all good, but I still have a wobble. Im thinking its a left bearing or break rub. But the sales guy says the breaks where just done. Please, it may be a dumb question. But I would to learn more and how to diagnose a car. So questions and suggestions would be awesome. Thank you!!!!!

Thanks for the add to the group. I have a question regarding my 2006 Dodge Grand Caravan. It started making a squealing / grinding noise a couple of days ago. Theres also a slight burning rubber smell. It is most noticeable when I start it up. Right now its doesnt impact the way it drives. Ive looked online and got a number of possibilities. Im wondering if you might have an idea of what it is. Thank you.

Hello everyone! New to the group and I do have a question. I own several vehicles, this question is about a 97 Audi A4 with the 1.8t. Ive driven it for 10,000 miles after I rebuilt the top end and its been running wonderful until about 2 months ago. I was driving a long distance trip and after about 100 miles, a coolant hose pops off. Yeah… Just poof! Not connected. It was very cold at the time and I didnt look into it much, just towed it home. I checked into it yesterday, found another hose had just popped off. I refilled the coolant and let the car get to temp. No heat. I revved it for awhile and it does overheat. Most likely thermostat. So my question is, have any of you ever had hoses just pop off because of a thermostat failure? These hoses have the quick clamp style. The kind you remove with a pliers.
