A question for all of you who make your own plant milk. I just bought a soy milk machine ( like the SoyaBella) and was wondering if you know how to calculate the nutrition value from you homemade soy or nut milk?

Pete Ryan: Youll probably have to go with the average unsweetened soya milk values out there. I dont think there is an easy way to work it out?
